1/4" steel in the center winch cradle and 3/16" steel around the ends. Made to withstand impacts from large animals, and other minor collisions. Compare us against bumpers made from lighter gauge materials.
Bumpers that are texture finished usually need to be. The finished metal surface on our bumpers is second to none in this industry. You get what you pay for here.
Standard on all bumpers.
Accepts all standard and face mounted winches up to 16.5k lbs.
Standard on all Hanson HD bumpers. This option is very useful when launching boats, or trying to fit a trailer in a tight spot. Bumper can be ordered with hitch delete.
Metal blasted, phosphate washed, and powder coated for extreme durability. Custom colors can be ordered at minimal extra cost.
Hanson bumpers retain all OEM type tow hooks whenever possible.
